Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs Client conduct when engaging PrimeInstall LLC services. Violations may result in service refusal, contract termination, and legal action.
1. Prohibited Uses
Clients may not request or use our services for:
- Illegal activities or purposes that violate federal, state, or local laws
- Installation of surveillance equipment in private spaces without consent
- Work that violates building codes, safety regulations, or zoning laws
- Installations intended to cause harm, harassment, or privacy violations
- Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation of property ownership
- Installation on property without proper authorization or legal access
2. Client Conduct Standards
Clients must:
- Treat Company workers with respect and professionalism
- Provide accurate information about installation requirements and site conditions
- Ensure safe working conditions free from hazards, threats, or harassment
- Obtain all necessary permissions, permits, and approvals
- Refrain from requesting work that violates regulations or professional standards
- Allow workers to perform their duties without interference or obstruction
3. Prohibited Conduct Toward Workers
The following conduct toward Company workers is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
- Physical threats, intimidation, or violence
- Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Recording or photographing workers without consent
- Demanding unsafe work practices or code violations
- Withholding access to facilities or equipment needed to complete work
Violations will result in immediate service termination and potential legal action. Client will be charged the full service fee regardless of completion.
4. Information Accuracy
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding property ownership, structural conditions, hazards, permits, and access authorization. Misrepresentation may result in service refusal, contract termination, and liability for damages or losses incurred by Company.
5. Site Safety Requirements
Clients must ensure:
- Work areas are free from known hazards
- Adequate lighting and ventilation
- Safe access to installation locations
- Pets are secured and cannot interfere with work
- Disclosure of asbestos, lead paint, mold, or other environmental hazards
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Refusal of future service requests
- Full payment requirement regardless of completion
- Legal action for damages, harassment, or safety violations
- Reporting to law enforcement when applicable
7. Reporting Violations
Company workers are required to report violations of this policy immediately. Clients who believe workers have violated professional standards should contact Company management through proper channels.
8. Modification of Policy
Company reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
